What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate governance frameworks, standards, and performance dashboards supporting Methods initiatives across all sites.
  • Analyze operational and strategic data and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate and monitor action plans associated with Methods transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement projects;
  • Lead and participate in presentations;
  • Prepare and lead communications based on the target audience;
  • Prepare presentations on PowerPoint;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Methods, Engineering, Quality, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
  • Support the development and deployment of communication, training, and organizational change management strategies.
  • Develop communication material, dashboards, SharePoint content, and executive reports tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Support multi-site alignment initiatives focused on process harmonization, governance, and operational excellence.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Power BI.
  • You have excellent computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, databases and, project management software;
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in reporting and KPI management.
  • You can prepare presentations based on the audience
  • You have experience leading or supporting process standardization, governance, continuous improvement, or change management initiatives.
  • You have knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA, NX/Teamcenter, PLM, ERP, or other enterprise systems (asset).
  • You are comfortable working across multiple functions, sites, and organizational levels.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You have a strong work ethic and are willing to take initiative;
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on collaboration and execution.
  • Occasional business travel may be required to support multi-site initiatives and project deployments.
