What are your contributions to the team?

As Project Manager within the Digital Transformation team, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital initiatives that support transformation, operational excellence, and responsible AI adoption. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.

 

  • Manage Digital Projects from Planning to Delivery: Define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables for digital initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable      business value.
  • Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives: Support the execution of digital and operational excellence initiatives, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, productivity, user experience, and innovation.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, data teams, vendors, and change management partners to align requirements, resolve blockers, and keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Support Strategic Digital Priorities: Coordinate project inputs, discussion materials, follow-ups, action items, and prioritization support for digital and AI-related initiatives, helping ensure activities are clearly documented, tracked, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Develop Project Insights and Communications: Build clear project updates, executive presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.Track Performance and Benefits: Define and monitor project KPIs, adoption indicators, benefits, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Enable Change and Adoption: Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to ensure digital solutions are implemented effectively and sustained by the business.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, technology delivery, business transformation, operations, or a related field.
  • You have proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver digital/ AI cross-functional projects from scope definition through execution and adoption.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams, IT partners, digital teams, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • You have strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, track progress, and escalate issues when required.
  • You have experience supporting digital, data, AI-related, or enterprise technology initiatives, including project planning, requirements coordination, status reporting, risk tracking, and leadership follow-ups.
  • You are fluent in English and French to effectively communicate across a global organization.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • You have proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, project tracking methods, dashboards, and performance reporting tools; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams aligned.
