What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of Digital Transformation initiatives across Operations.
  • Translate strategic priorities and business needs into actionable project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Act as Scrum Master for selected digital product teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery scope, objectives, and success criteria are clearly defined.
  • Act as the technical delivery lead by coordinating solution design reviews, technical delivery plans, integration points, environments, testing strategy, deployment activities, and operational readiness across internal and external delivery teams.
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise IT, data teams, vendors, and business SMEs to remove technical blockers, clarify ownership, manage interdependencies, and ensure solutions are delivered in line with enterprise standards.
  • Define and monitor delivery KPIs, including schedule adherence, backlog health, velocity, risk exposure, business value realization, and adoption readiness.
  • Provide concise reporting to leadership on project progress, decisions required, constraints, and recommended actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods, templates, governance practices, and team ways of working.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, digital transformation, software delivery, or a related delivery role.
  • You have proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and enterprise IT functions.
  • You have strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, project management methodologies, delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • You have experience leading technical delivery activities, including solution design coordination, delivery planning, integration management, testing coordination, release readiness, and transition to operations.
  • You are comfortable managing project plans, backlogs, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to synthesize complex information into clear project updates, decisions, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders to understand solution constraints, challenge assumptions, escalate risks, and help teams make practical decisions that balance speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value.
  • You have experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, operations, or complex enterprise environment; experience in digital transformation is an asset.
  • You can communicate in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
