What are your contributions to the team?

Organize and lead Bombardier’s Product Safety Week, by designing and deploying strong communication plans and coordinating every element contributing to the success of the project. 

Create impactful communication materials, including emails, videos, and presentations aimed at engaging and inspiring employees. 

Lead projects related to Product Safety and Quality culture, by planning, structuring the project scope, and deploying your initiatives. 

Coordinate the progress of actions, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. 

Recommend strategies and synthesize project solutions to support the company’s objectives. 

Contribute to the development and growth of the Quality and Product Safety culture by participating in SMS-related activities, including standards, tools, training material, and effectiveness assessments. 

How to thrive in this role?

Hold a bachelor's degree in project management, communications, marketing, aerospace, or another technical related field. 

Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the aerospace industry. 

Are driven, patient, curious, flexible, and innovative. 

Demonstrate strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership skills with the capacity to influence others. 

Have a talent for simplifying complex information and adapting it to various audiences, both written and oral, in French and English. 

Bring experience in project management, risk management, and complex problemsolving tools (assets). 

Are knowledgeable about SMS-related regulations and international standards (SM001). 

Master the Microsoft Office suite and are eager to explore new technologies. 

Are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
