What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage a team of professionals in project engineering for Ecojet technology development and R&T Labs.
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals.
- Define individual goals and expected results for employees under your supervision.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, and lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Interact with cross-functional teams in the establishment of projects scope, schedule and budget.
- Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers and partners representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage priorities between projects and activities.
- Manage communication and visibility reports for the various levels of the organization on risk mitigation, execution, resource allocation and budget
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving for your projects and activities.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering
- You have strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of aeronautics technology development.
- You can manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
- You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels.
- You are autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
- You are fluent in French and English
