What are your contributions to the team?

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR business partners on culture, engagement, employee experience and change management.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that evolve the culture and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Support the integration of our values and Leadership Model into day-to-day practices and behaviours, while ensuring agile governance.
  • Lead engagement and continuous listening initiatives, including surveys, focus groups and stay interviews.
  • Turn employee data and feedback into recommendations and concrete actions.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.

 

Culture

  • Evolve the organizational culture by aligning employee behaviours, practices and experiences with Bombardier’s strategy, values and Leadership Model.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, integrating cultural considerations into business priorities and organizational transformations.
  • Design and deploy initiatives and strategies that foster commitment to the desired culture and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Use data and metrics to assess the health of the culture, identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure a consistent cultural experience and strengthen the impact of initiatives across the organization.

 

Employee Experience

  • Define and deploy an employee experience strategy aligned with the organization’s culture, values and priorities.
  • Turn employee feedback and data into clear recommendations and concrete actions.
  • Identify the moments that matter, pain points and opportunities for improvement to make the experience simpler, more human and more consistent.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and partner functions to ensure a consistent and integrated employee experience.
  • Design continuous listening mechanisms, including surveys, focus groups, stay interviews and exit interviews.
  • Co-create solutions with employees, leaders and internal partners to address the organization’s real needs.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives, track progress and adjust approaches with a continuous improvement mindset.

 

Change Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to teams in planning and delivering organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Design and implement organizational change management strategies that support the sustained adoption of new ways of working.
  • Assess the human and organizational impacts of change and recommend appropriate interventions to support employees and leaders throughout the process.
  • Develop engagement, communication and support approaches that accelerate the adoption of change.
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed change management principles into the organization’s strategic initiatives.

 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology or a related field.
  • You have at least 12–15 years of experience in culture, employee experience and/or change management.
  • You have experience designing and deploying organization-wide initiatives.
  • You are comfortable analyzing data and developing recommendations.
  • You know how to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You have strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • You are a natural collaborator who brings people together and advances priorities with autonomy, agility and rigour.
  • You hold a change management certification, such as Prosci.
  • You are bilingual in French and English so you can collaborate with employees, colleagues and suppliers.
