What are your contributions to the team?
- The Advisor, Digital Experience & Web supports the evolution, management, and performance of Bombardier’s digital ecosystem, including the corporate website and associated digital platforms. Working closely with the senior digital lead and internal teams, the role contributes to the planning and delivery of web initiatives, digital experiences, platform integrations, and continuous optimization.
- Support and actively participate in the redesign and evolution of the corporate website, in collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external agencies, from requirements definition through to launch.
- Support the evolution and continuous improvement of Bombardier’s digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business priorities, and user needs.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of web projects and digital initiatives from requirements gathering through execution, testing, and launch.
- Contribute to the management and optimization of the corporate website, ensuring a high-quality user experience, content accuracy, performance, accessibility, and adherence to established standards.
- Manage day-to-day web operations and publishing through the CMS, including content updates, page creation, template management, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Product, Regions, IT, Data, and other teams to coordinate digital initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Support the integration and connectivity of digital platforms with business and marketing technologies, including Salesforce and related CRM/data ecosystems, ensuring effective data flows and user experiences.
- Work closely with internal technology teams and external agencies to coordinate technical requirements, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new web pages, microsites, landing pages, and digital experiences supporting campaigns, product launches, and corporate priorities.
- Support SEO, analytics, accessibility, and UX optimization initiatives and ensure best practices are incorporated into digital executions.
- Monitor website and digital performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations based on data and user behaviour.
- Support the management of external web agencies and technology partners, ensuring clear briefs, effective coordination, quality deliverables, and adherence to timelines.
- Contribute to web transformation initiatives, including the development or redesign of digital platforms and corporate websites, leveraging experience working with agencies and managing projects from requirements through launch.
- Stay informed on emerging web, UX, technology, CRM, and digital experience trends and identify opportunities to improve Bombardier’s digital ecosystem.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in website management, digital production, digital experience, or a related field, ideally within a large organization or agency environment.
- You have experience managing or contributing to the development or redesign of a corporate website, including working with external agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and participate in the integration and optimization of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud (Data 360), to support seamless data connectivity and digital experiences.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 and GTM) and Hotjar to monitor user behaviour, analyze digital performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and GEO, with experience using specialized tools such as Semrush to support search visibility, content optimization, and digital performance.
- You have experience with CMS platforms; Drupal experience is a strong asset.
- You are comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership.
- You are collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- You have strong communication and project coordination skills.
