What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities supporting a major shift in culture.
  • Advise senior leaders and Vice Presidents on positioning, messaging, engagement strategies, and executive presence.
  • Support the development of authentic and compelling narratives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Translate complex business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across functions and leadership levels.
  • Oversee the development and submission of award applications.
  • Proactively identify communication opportunities to drive corporate goals and transformation objectives.
  • Enhance the visibility and influence of senior leaders through strategic content, thought leadership, and high-profile speaking and engagement opportunities.
  • Draft and coordinate executive communications including leadership messages, town halls, keynotes, speeches, briefing materials, and strategic updates.
  • Support CEO communications initiatives, key messages, scripts, and other communications.
  • Prepare executive briefing notes, Q&A, stakeholder materials, and executive communications positioning documents.
  • Define communications KPIs, track progress, and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal clients and an international network of communications professionals.
  • Collaborate with Government Affairs and PR teams to ensure message alignment for external positioning and reputation management.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, public statements, executive visibility initiatives, and digital presence (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Support preparation for media interactions, conferences, and industry events

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have 7–10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public affairs, marketing, or related field.
  • You have experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams in high-visibility environments.
  • You have demonstrated experience in executive positioning, thought leadership development, or personal branding.
  • You have exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • You have strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • You have strong project management skills.
  • You have the ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in high-visibility situations.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • You have a passion for storytelling with strong writing skills that can distill complex ideas into clear and impactful messages.
  • You have a strategic mindset and understand how to tailor messaging to varied audiences and platforms.
  • You are proactive, solution-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French.
  • You have experience supporting large-scale change in a matrixed environment.
  • You are comfortable working closely with senior leaders and advising them on visibility, positioning, and communication impact.
  • You understand the importance of credibility, authenticity, and consistency in executive presence.
