What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage the accounting process for cash and liquidity management, supervise month end closing tasks related to treasury and cash accounts
- Identify and analyze variances between actual and recorded journal entries, providing insights and expertise
- Provide business support and perform follow-ups on payment processes for all Bombardier Aerospace entities
- Input, balance and oversee weekly banking transactions in the Cash Planner application
- Support financial reporting by preparing weekly treasury reports
- Provide support to the treasury team in their daily activities.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance and other business units regarding daily and monthly activities
- Participate and support the update and implementation of cash management system
- Maintain Treasury documentations and procedures up to date
- Participate in various initiatives and special ad-hoc projects
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- You have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience
- You have experience in treasury accounting and liquidity management in a large multinational company
- You demonstrate advanced Excel and Access knowledge (VBA an asset);
- You are well organized and can perform under pressure with daily deliverables
- You drive for results, are rigorous and disciplined
- You are known to be a great team player
- You adapt rapidly to a dynamic environment
- You have an excellent spoken and written English and French
