What are your contributions to the team?
1) HR Financial and Operational Analysis (≈ 60 %)
- Perform financial analysis and budget management for multiple HR portfolios, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly tracking, and variance analysis.
- Prepare structured financial analyses, scenarios, executive summaries, and recommendations to support senior HR leadership decisions.
- Ensure financial governance of HR activities, including purchase orders, vendor invoice validation, inter‑departmental recharges, and expense reconciliation.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, KPIs, and tracking tools to provide visibility into HR financial and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, workflow efficiency, and standardization across HR functions.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Bombardier’s operational excellence framework.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability for all financial and operational information used for decision‑making purposes.
2) HR Data Analysis, Governance and Strategic Support (≈ 25 %)
- Produce executive‑level reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership reviews, governance forums, and strategic discussions.
- Support HR teams with data analysis related to talent acquisition activities, HR events, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a reference point for HR governance activities, including executive calendar coordination, preparation of decision‑ready materials, and tracking of leadership commitments.
- Participate in documenting, standardizing, and evolving HR processes, tools, and practices to ensure scalability and sustainability.
- Provide structured follow‑up and monitoring of priorities, timelines, and cross‑functional HR initiatives.
3) Talent Acquisition – Analytics and Process Improvement (≈ 15 %)
- Support the Talent Acquisition team through recruitment data analysis and reporting, as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent attraction processes and candidate experience through data‑driven insights.
- Provide support for high‑volume recruitment activities, including job posting reviews, offer letter validation, and selective résumé screening.
- Support financial tracking and budget analysis for recruitment events and external partnership initiatives (job fairs, campus activities, and vendors).
How to thrive in this role?
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior coordination, analytical, or strategic support role within HR or a corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and producing decision‑oriented analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to structure and present clear insights to executive audiences.
- Knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise collaboration tools is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and professional judgment skills.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
