What are your contributions to the team?

  • Dive deep into external/internal data and business jet market trends, and combine with feedback from various teams to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Responsible for the creation of various models to predict industry trends, aircraft deliveries and orders, movement in the market for used aircraft, and others
  • Lead the development and the execution of marketing research projects 
  •  Author monthly and quarterly reports, including but not limited to in-depth analysis of global economic indicators, industry performance, pre-owned market trends, etc… 
  • Support Bombardier’s 5-year strategic plan and provide regular updates on the market to support Bombardier’s governance processes
  • Partner and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy
  • Responsible for maintaining and creating dashboards/reports & key databases to provide relevant insights to Senior Leadership and other teams 
  • Analyze the impact of the global macroeconomic, geopolitical context, and changes in key economic performance indicators on the industry
  • Support key company functions through ad hoc requests
     

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

  • You have a M.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combined with 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • You have a Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant field, combined with 10+ years of relevant working experience
  • You are rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail oriented and like working with people
  • You possess solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills with a creative flair
  • You are a proven storyteller with excellent verbal and writing skills
  • You have strong business knowledge as it pertains to aerospace industry
  • You are fast-learner capable of learning programming and regularly use statistical software. 
  • You have previous programming experience with statistical software (R, Alteryx, others…) (an asset)
  • You have experience with data visualization tools and BI software (e.g. PowerBI, etc)
  • You are an expert in using MS Office Suite
  • You are Bilingual (French and English)
