Overall Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, Deal Management and Defense, you will participate in the complete process of selling a business aircraft, from supporting the sales negotiation to recording the sale in our financial statements. This position is critical as it involves reviewing and analyzing all new orders as well as all new aircraft sales.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Supervise, coordinate, and provide support to a team of financial analysts and an intern.
- Mobilize financial analysts to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Review contractual documents signed by Bombardier and reflect financial impacts, such as recording new contracts in the order book and recording sales in the financial statements.
- Build a trusting relationship with sales, legal, and contract groups.
- Participate in the development and review of balance sheet account reconciliations, detailed income statement analyses, and cash flow generated by aircraft sales.
- Contribute to the five-year strategic plan process, annual budget, and periodic forecasts.
- Prepare various financial analyses to support revenue and cash flow assumptions.
- Implement and maintain new performance indicators.
- Verify internal controls, identify risks and opportunities, propose recommendations, and verify their implementation.
- Prepare responses to requests related to financial controls.

- You possess a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or in a related field.
- You have a CPA certification and is recognized for your mastery of accounting standards.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- You possess excellent technical and analytical skills.
- You have initiative, autonomy, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- You have rigor, is action-oriented and have ab analytical/synthesis mindset.
- You have a high degree of integrity and sense of responsibility.
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 Office suite.

- You are proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
