What are your contributions to the team?
- Supervise and inspire a team of 2 analysts to deliver high-value financial insights
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes
- Play a key role in the preparation and review of financial activities (analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and quarterly reporting)
- Actively contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting
- Serve as a trusted business partner by providing actionable insights and financial guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, auditors, shared services) across a global environment
- Contribute to key projects and support their successful implementation
- Respond effectively to ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- You possess a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA)
- You demonstrate strong proficiency in the MS Office suite
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role
- You possess solid knowledge of accounting standards
- You have knowledge of S/4HANA is considered an asset
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- You show innovation, commitment, and perseverance
- You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- You are bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
