What are your contributions to the team?
• Advise the Quality leadership team on strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Propose project structures and organizational frameworks that promote team efficiency
• Define the Quality Department master plan, plan related activities and projects, and execute and monitor key initiatives
• Define a balanced scorecard and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Be responsible for monthly reviews of the master plan and balanced scorecard with the Quality Director
• Participate in the development and implementation of governance standards with Site Quality Leaders
• Be accountable for governance frameworks implemented within the Quality organization
• Lead employee engagement initiatives for the Quality organization in collaboration with Site Quality Leaders
• Define and align communications for the site Quality team
• Collaborate with other sites to ensure harmonization and standardization of Quality processes
• Work with Corporate Quality for the development of procedures
• Champion product safety as a fundamental pillar of the business
How to thrive in this role?
• A minimum of 12 years of experience at Bombardier, including 5 years of experience in Operations and at least 3 years of management experience, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of a college diploma (DEC)
• Experience in project coordination and administration, with solid knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to develop and implement operational processes
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and Quality processes and operations
• Proficiency in the AMO operational environment
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Strong team player who can be relied upon
• Results-driven, with a strong focus on quality and execution
• Proficient in MS Office / O365 environment
• Excellent command of both French and English
