What are your contributions to the team?
- Strategic governance: Lead the governance of the Quality Vice-Presidency by planning, coordinating, and supporting forums, key activities, master plans, and performance indicators.
- Guide and influence the leadership team to ensure alignment on a common strategic vision for Quality and Product Safety in a multi-site environment.
- Define, structure, and monitor the Quality master plan, including priority strategic initiatives and governance mechanisms such as the Bombardier Quality Council.
- Participate in the development and design of organizational structures that support operational efficiency, business continuity, and team succession planning.
- Prepare clear, targeted, and aligned executive communications, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making within the Quality and Product Safety leadership team.
- Consolidate and support employee engagement initiatives within the function by fostering mobilization, participation, and alignment.
- Monitor workforce budgets, consolidate requirements, and provide the analyses needed to support planning and decision-making for the Quality organization.
- Harmonize, standardize, and improve operational processes with the sites, ensuring alignment with the BOE.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 8 years of experience at Bombardier, including 3-5 years in operations and/or 3 years of management experience or equivalent experience.
- You have at minimum a college diploma.
- You have strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
- You have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- You can synthesize and present complex information to an executive management team.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate leadership skills while comfortable at delivering presentations to senior leadership.
- You are a strong team player whom others can rely on.
- You demonstrate discretion in handling highly confidential matters.
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite in an O365 environment.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
