What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support the Quality team in analyzing and resolving quality-related issues impacting suppliers, manufacturing operations, and cross-site activities.
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and present quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Participate in cross-functional problem-solving activities to address simple to moderately complex technical and quality concerns.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and monitoring compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen site compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and process optimization.
  • Perform analytical work and develop recommendations in support of strategic and operational Quality projects.
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization to drive quality performance and achieve project objectives.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or another related field.
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and are comfortable analyzing and presenting data.
  • You demonstrate strong time management skills and can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • You possess excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound judgment and a proactive mindset.
  • You are recognized for your analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You are innovative, curious, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Lean principles, Continuous Improvement, or structured problem-solving techniques is considered an asset.
  • You demonstrate professionalism and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
