What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead and manage key projects related to operations strategic initiatives on Challenger Product (build business cases, establish project planning, identify schedule & financials risks and deliver project on-time);
- Establish governances, escalate to the appropriate management level when required and provide visibility to senior management;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Develop communication and change management plans to ensure successful deployment of projects;
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management;
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering – a PMP is an asset;
- You have knowledge in Project Management & experience in leading business critical projects;
- You have strong team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities;
- You drive for results and are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering quality results and meeting commitments;
- You have good knowledge of financial basic principles & notions;
- You have initiative and have the desire to make decisions;
- You possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken, French and English) and are able to influence at different levels of the organization;
- You use effectively the MS Office suite (O365 environment)
