What are your contributions to the team?

· Promote and ensure teamwork between the various Customers, departments and Suppliers of Technical Services.

· Be responsible for all aspects of the group both administrative and technical oversight. You will be responsible for the Performance Management Process (PMP) and development of the employees in your group.

· Monitor the fleet for reliability, technical issues and identify short and long-term corrective actions. Provide technical support for aircraft in service when required.

· Be responsible for technical data review for troubleshooting models for the SmartFix Plus tool, Failure Review Board analyses and all technical communications and presentations developed by the team.

· Participate in regular technical review meetings and ensure department deliverables are being met.

How to thrive in this role?

· You hold a collegial degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a University degree in Engineering, specialization in aviation is an asset.

· You have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in aviation (Avionics), preferably on Bombardier Business Aircraft wide body models.

· You exercise your leadership in accordance with the vision and values of Bombardier Aerospace and have good initiative, commitment, entrepreneurship, innovation and judgment.

· You have good communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English.

· You have a high level of technical competency, capable of making technical and monetary decisions and recommendations on technical issues.

· You have to be available to be on-call and provide 24/7 support to our customers and be able to travel occasionally on short notice.
