What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead, support and develop a team of professionals dedicated to the Operational Excellence (BOE) program for the Laurent-Beaudoin Completion Center (LBCC) Aircraft Operations sector
  • Develop strategies and solutions to support the deployment of our Operational Excellence (BOE) initiative for CFLB Aircraft Operations sector, including technical elements, management tools and practices, and leadership competencies
  • Be the expert who engages the organization to embrace change and develop the organization to ensure that the BOE approach is the fundamental means of managing business performance and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Develop training strategies and solutions along with organizational stakeholders that will increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management, delivering value to our customers and eliminating waste
  • Be a process based leader that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of process, aligned KPIs and infrastructure
  • Lead the change using formal change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement and full team collaboration

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a degree / diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
  • You have demonstrated your ability to lead a team, manufacturing operations and change, as evidenced by experience and results
  • You have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the area of process improvement and/or lean deployment
  • You have proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts
  • You have demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
  • You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of influencing skill
  • You have fluent in IT systems and has a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
  • You are bilingual in French and in English (asset)
  • You must be able to travel and devote consecutive weeks at a time at our various facilities to deploy the BOE model
