What are your contributions to the team?

•    Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and coach our team to do the same.
•    Build and inspire a strong team, shaping behaviors to achieve outstanding results.
•    Collaborate in developing and implementing standards and processes.
•    Ensure success by interacting with judgement and tack, focusing on customer and staff retention.
•    Perform with precision, being meticulous, organized and doing it right the first time.
•    Oversee and assess customer service activities, assist staff as needed, manage escalations, and provide regular performance feedback.
•    Strategize and monitor daily customer service operations, maintain KPI’s and implement improvements for growth and efficiency.
•    Coach staff on customer service and company policies.
•    Assist in developing and implementing service policies, ensuring alignment and communication with customers and staff.

How to thrive in this role?

•    You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Commerce or have a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience and/or 8-10 years in Customer Service.
•    You possess proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
•    Knowledge of SAP and Zendesk is a strong asset, along with proficient computer skills.
•    You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    You excel in people skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities.
•    Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
