What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support Business Aircraft Global Express and Challenger series customers and customer facing departments.
  • Supervising a team of technical specialist that provides technical guidance and technical recommendations on aircraft systems.
  • Prepare accurate, complete and concise technical reports and correspondence.
  • Lead meetings with other internal and/or external resources to resolve issues affecting the return to service of aircraft.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service techniques and coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes.
  • Ensure success by employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer and staff retention.
  • Oversee and assess customer service activities, assist staff where required, manage customer escalations ensuring proper resolution and provide regular performance-related feedback.
  • Strategize and monitor the daily activities of customer service operations; implement improvement changes to encourage growth and efficiency.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of service policies, ensuring customers and staff are informed and aligned.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanics).
  • You have a comprehensive technical knowledge and experience of aircraft systems on the Global Express and the Challenger series platforms.  However, candidates with mechanical technical knowledge on other Bombardier products will also be considered.   
  • You have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in problem solving in the interior and the green aircraft domain.
  • You are customer focused and have strong English and French communication skills (spoken and written).
  • An AME license or equivalent is an asset.
  • You are proficient at MS Office Programs.
  • You are proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Experience in SAP, Salesforce and Power BI is a benefit but not essential.
