Job Overview

The Sustainability Analyst will participate advancing Bombardier's sustainability initiatives. This position will involve contributing to sustainability reporting under existing voluntary and future mandatory reporting norms, as well as collecting, analysing, and interpreting sustainability metrics and data. 

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to sustainability reporting efforts under existing voluntary and future mandatory reporting norms. 
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability metrics and data to support Bombardier's sustainability goals. 
  • Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Participate in sustainability risk and opportunity identification and assessment exercises. 
  • Research: Conduct research on regulatory rules, industry norms, and market best practices to ensure Bombardier remains at the forefront of sustainability in the aviation industry. 
  • Questionnaires and Submissions: Complete questionnaires and other submissions related to sustainability. 
  • Internal Engagement: Promote and socialize sustainability topics within the organization to foster a culture of sustainability.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management or a related field. 
  • You have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sustainability, with a demonstrated understanding of sustainability reporting, data analysis, and regulatory research. 
  • You have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in sustainability metrics and reporting tools. 
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the aviation industry. 
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.
