What are your contributions to the team?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in various business domains.
  • Architect automation and low code solutions using tools such as Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Document and maintain automation and low code solution architectures in compliance with Bombardier architecture and security frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to setup and improve the operating model for the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides development and support services.
  • Define and improve requirement management, design, and development standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance to standards by reviewing deliverables and auditing quality assurance processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to professional and citizen development teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation and low code solution projects.
  • Conduct assessment of current solutions and recommend enhancements for increased efficiency.
  • Work closely with managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Solution Architect.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with automation and low code solutions.
  • You have proficiency in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • You hold relevant certifications in Blue Prism RPA and Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.
  • You have experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to lead meetings with a diversified audience (technical, senior management).
  • You have the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • You have experience in waterfall, agile, and Dev Ops methodologies.
  • You have a proficient level of English (with French a strong plus).
