At Bombardier, we are looking for a Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor with strong expertise in facilitation and learning, who will help shape the employee experience, engagement, and continuous development.
You will play a key role in developing and deploying initiatives, practices, and leadership development programs that strengthen and accelerate the achievement of our strategic objectives. As an advisor, you will contribute to the evolution of organizational capabilities by leading and optimizing initiatives in organizational development, learning, change management, and talent management. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders and HR teams to align talent management practices (performance, leadership, succession) with business priorities and maximize overall performance impact.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and programs
- Contribute to strategic Talent Management and Organizational Development projects
- Monitor best practices in leadership development and succession planning
- Leverage HR analytics to measure program impact and recommend improvements
- Support employee forums in planning and execution, ensuring alignment with executive sponsors
- Perform any other related duties
Strategy and programs
- Define, design, and deploy talent development, learning, and change management strategies
- Contribute to the evolution of performance management, leadership development, and succession planning practices
- Develop and evolve the Learning Academy (content, tools, learning journeys)
Talent management
- Support and evolve performance management processes (objectives, behaviours, calibration)
- Contribute to leadership development initiatives (programs, journeys, coaching)
- Participate in succession planning and critical talent management activities
- Support managers in assessing potential and developing talent plans
Capability development and enablement
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs
- Support teams in adopting talent management practices
Change management
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformations
- Measure performance, analyze HR data, and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR practices, tools, and programs
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- You have 8–10 years of relevant experience
- You have strong expertise in designing and deploying leadership programs
- You have advanced knowledge in change management (PROSCI certification is an asset)
- You have excellent facilitation skills (facilitator, subject-matter expert, coach mindset)
- You have the ability to analyze and interpret assessments (including psychometric tools)
- You have strong proficiency with HR data and technology
- You have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required to interact with diverse stakeholders
