What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead cross-functional fusion teams (IT, data, automation/AI, and business) to deliver innovative projects using agile, iterative methods.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage scope, and align solutions to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Own end-to-end delivery across concept, requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and scale—meeting timeline, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Champion engineering excellence: architecture standards, code quality, data management, ML best practices, security, and performance.
  • Implement Agile, DevOps, MLOps and LLMOps practices (CI/CD, automation, testing, monitoring) to enable rapid iteration and reliable releases on your projects.
  • Coach and support fusion team members, manage the fusion team capacity, remove blockers, and coordinate dependencies to sustain a high-performing team.
  • Promote experimentation and rapid prototyping; track emerging tech (analytics, ML, automation, generative AI) to improve delivery and impact.
  • Ensure governance and compliance (security, data protection, and responsible/ethical AI) across all deliveries.
  • Drive integration and adoption by supporting handover, user training, and change management so solutions deliver value in operations.


Note: This role is part of a matrix organization and requires leadership of cross-functional teams during project delivery without formal people management responsibility. The fusion team leadership implies leading a virtual team, formed from resources attached to various centers of excellence and business area, to deliver a project. At any point in time the Technical Delivery Lead can lead 2 or 3 fusion teams in parallel.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in software development, business process automation, or AI/ML, with a track record leading complex, cross-functional deliveries.
  • You have experience building data/AI/automation solutions using modern patterns (cloud-native, APIs, microservices).
  • You have knowledge of analytics and ML (incl. NLP and generative AI/LLMs) to guide approach selection and implementation. · Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps/MLOps (incl. LLMOps), with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring for continuous deployment.
  • You possess demonstrated people leadership skills: coach, set technical direction, and build a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • You are a strategic, analytical problem-solver who turns objectives into actionable plans and makes data-driven decisions.
  • You are a strong communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders and simplify complex topics.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; stays composed under pressure and continuously improves.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English within a professional setting.
