What are your contributions to the team?
- Integrate and develop hands-on activities within our training programs
- Set up the learning environments required for training
- Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
- Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners; identify and capture continuous improvement opportunities
- Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Technician
- You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are able to manage projects effectively
- You have the ability to influence others
- You are a strong team player
- You demonstrate adaptability and a good tolerance for change
- You have strong organizational and planning skills
- You are proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
- You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
