What are your contributions to the team?
- Map and communicate technical publications workflows and processes, propose and implement changes as required based on the principles of Lean and Continuous Improvement.
- Analyze current Tech publications sales/invoicing/onboarding processes.
- Support data cleanup, reporting and dashboard creation.
- Identify automation opportunities, drive problem resolution from root cause identification to resolution implementation with impacted stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks to support Technical Publications change plan activities as required.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently completing a Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Business Administration with IT focus, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Business Technology Management, Data Analytics or similar.
- You are detailed-oriented and organized, proactive and eager to suggest improvements, curious and willing to learn tools and technologies.
- You have programming knowledge (VBA for automation, SAP, SQL, Javascript)
- Familiarity with Excel macros and Power Query, Process mapping, automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Strong Data presentation skills: Experience with reporting tools
- Strong IT skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and PDF Editor
