- Develop training schedules, confirm session durations, book rooms, and optimize capacity.
- Monitor data entry to ensure that employee competencies and certifications are accurately aligned following successful training completion.
- Organize all logistics required for training delivery, including learning materials, facility bookings, and equipment.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure employees are informed of training events and schedules.
- Process attendance data and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support special projects such as process improvements, the francization program, and the implementation of a new LMS.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a college diploma (DEC) in office administration, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a training coordination role or within a manufacturing environment.
- You possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work effectively.
- You have a keen attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work the first time.

- You have solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust with colleagues and clients.
- You promote teamwork by networking, fostering team synergy, and mobilizing the necessary resources for execution.
- You meet professional standards through effective work habits, such as meeting deadlines, adhering to schedules, and demonstrating respect for others.
Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position. We’re not looking for the perfect candidate, we’re looking for great talent and passionate individuals.
