What are your contributions to the team?

As a TO Agent, you will:

  • Own and drive Defense-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact across all functions.
  • Establish and sustain a transformation rhythm, fostering collaboration and momentum to deliver key outcomes on time.
  • Enable cross-functional integration, proactively identifying and resolving interdependencies to accelerate progress.
  • Track and communicate milestones, highlighting achievements and escalating risks or delays to leadership for timely resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, milestones, and transformation progress.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central point of contact for transformation activities, fostering collaboration between teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and progress reviews to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure consistent application of transformation methodologies and best practices.

Communications & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver transformation communications that clearly articulate objectives, timelines, and progress.
  • Create engaging content for multiple channels (presentations, newsletters, intranet updates) to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Partner with change management teams to ensure stakeholder engagement and readiness.

 

 

 

How to thrive in this role?

•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field. 
•    3–5 years of experience in transformation programs, project coordination, or performance management. 
•    Proven expertise in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices. 
•    Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Aerospace or defense industry experience is an asset
•    Familiarity with transformation frameworks and governance processes
