What are your contributions to the team?
Transformation & Change Leadership
• Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement governance frameworks for major organizational changes.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance process performance.
• Benchmark best practices and integrate them into Bombardier Defense operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums.
Data & Insights
• Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting
- Defense background is a strong asset
- You have strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement
- You have proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
