In your role, you will
• Lead projects within the Operations organization in Toronto in accordance with various elements of project or program decisions which impact the Final Line activities and schedule.
• Support business case development for community outreach programs working alongside local colleges and institutions.
• Lead and facilitate project governance, integration, communication, evaluation and execution reviews.
• Prepare Business Cases on various Toronto Site initiatives.
• Prepare necessary documentation and/or presentations to accelerate decision making process.
• Be responsible to coordinate weekly reporting of activities, deliverables and risks.
• Develop good working relationships with various departments within BA.
• Provide support to Program/Project Mangers, other Business Analysts and Change Agents supporting Operations.
As our ideal candidate
• You hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• You have zero (0) to five (5) + years’ experience in the aerospace industry related to aircraft operations.
• You have organizational & leadership skills.
• You have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• You have strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• You have a logical and flexible mindset, show initiative and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
• You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours.
