In your role, you will:
1. Adhere to general Bombardier Work Requirements
2. Supervise modification team personnel in performance of daily activities. Provide training when required.
3. Plan and manage interior projects through all phases of activity
4. Act as customer point of contact for all projects and resolution of aircraft issues,
5. Develop team and strategy plan for the future development of interior / modifications business
6. Inspect interior, quote and issue proposals for interior shop work
7. Plan (create W / O and SVO’s) and coordinate vendors, order parts, materials and data for interior projects. Cover for Booth Planner as needed
8. Cultivate and maintain a local vendor base and inspect periodically for quality of service
9. Coordinate local customer drop-ins and mobile repairs
How to thrive in this role?
1. You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing aircraft interior modifications, which must include 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
2. You have an A&P or Repairman Certificate
3. You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
4. Confident in resolution of stressful situations
5. You have working knowledge of a variety of computer software programs (i.e. SAP, AMS, Pivotal, Microsoft Office)
