What are your contributions to the team?

Assist project managers in coordinating digital transformation initiatives  

Support project planning: scheduling, task tracking, resource allocation, and reporting 

Monitor project progress and update dashboards, KPIs, and governance documentation 

Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings 

Prepare communications, presentations, and status reports for leadership 

Contribute to risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning 

Research best practices and emerging technologies in aerospace digitalization 

How to thrive in this role?

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 

Strong interest in project management and digital transformation 

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 

Strong written and verbal communication (English and French) 

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project/Planner); familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Loop, etc.) is an advantage 

Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
