What are your contributions to the team?

  • Administer, configure, and optimize HRIS solutions, including workforce management, compensation, recruitment, and onboarding;
  • Analyze business needs, recommend improvements, and participate in system implementation, integration, and enhancement projects;
  • Produce and analyze HR reports, ensure data integrity, and support various activities throughout the employee lifecycle;
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners on various initiatives, including engagement surveys, salary review and promotion processes, talent management programs, employee relations cases, and more;
  • Participate in projects and meetings related to labour relations;
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and grievance management;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of HR best practices.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management and have a strong interest in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR process optimization;
  • You have knowledge of an integrated Human Resources Information System (an asset);
  • You have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • You are a highly motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to accuracy;
  • You are organized and structured in your work approach;
  • You have a positive attitude and are approachable;
  • You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
