Our Team
The Organizational Learning – Site team is composed of Learning Business Partners and Technical Learning Advisors who support Production teams in their technical training needs, with the objective of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the quality and safety of our products.
During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Analyzing training needs and developing training plans to ensure compliance
- Participating in the deployment of a strategic project focused on securing knowledge transfer at Bombardier
- Taking part in a research initiative in collaboration with the Canada Research Chair in Organizational Learning at HEC
- Contributing to the development of improvement solutions after gaining an understanding of the team’s environment and processes
- Becoming familiar with and using the BTalent Learning competency management system
What we are looking for:
- You are currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have completed at least two semesters in the program
- You have strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written
- You have good organizational and planning skills
- You are committed to providing good customer service and have an interest in a production environment, change management, and project management (an asset)
- You demonstrate good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team
- You are available to travel as required to our different Montreal sites (Dorval, St-Laurent, and Pointe-Claire)
- You have strong computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an asset)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
