What are your contributions to the team?

 

As a PMO Project Coordinator Intern, you will support project governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities across a portfolio of projects.

 

  • Support Project Managers and PMO leaders in the coordination and administration of multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on action items with project stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Participate in project meetings and document decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Assist with project governance activities and compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
  • Support project performance tracking through the collection and analysis of project data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing PMO processes, tools, and reporting.
