What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordination and communication: participate in follow-up meetings, support coordination between teams, and prepare progress reports.
- Improvement and performance: analyze performance indicators, develop tracking tools, and contribute to improvement and standardization projects.
- Project monitoring: monitor the progress of activities, priorities, and schedules.
- Risk and schedule management: identify risks of delays and propose solutions to reduce them.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are familiar with basic principles of financial management, project management, and/or portfolio management.
- You are enrolled in business administration, finance, or engineering.
- You are proficient with the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You are organized and self-sufficient in carrying out your tasks.
- You have good communication skills.
- You speak and write in French and English.
