What are your contributions to the team?
- Participate in the validation of quality requirements and records related to subassemblies.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop tools and methods to optimize Quality Department activities.
- Generate metrics, reports, and presentations related to activity progress and performance.
- Follow up on assigned actions and ensure compliance with departmental objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have recently graduated in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- You have knowledge in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- You ahve academic or professional experience in technical documentation analysis.
- You have experience participating in continuous improvement projects.
- You hold an advanced English proficinecy level
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Bi).
- You hold strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You know about problem solving methodologies.
- You feel comfortable in a teamwork and collaboration environment.
