During your internship, you will learn:
- How to navigate within a company with multiple departments
- How to develop speaking and presentation skills
- How to facilitate meetings for medium sized groups
- The importance of governance
- Learn about the aerospace industry and supply chain management
What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate and generate Non-Disclosure Agreements between Bombardier and its suppliers
- Participate in and schedule weekly project review meetings and monthly cost review meetings and other related meetings
- Follow up on invoice queries from our suppliers
- Contribute to ensuring rigor in the various internal processes (supply chain)
- Analyze and manipulate a large amount of data to locate opportunities for improvement
- Offer support to the BIS IT Procurement team as needed
- Manage and update contract documents on SharePoint
- Support the procurement process for the Project Management Office and ensure follow-up
How to thrive in this role?
- You are studying in accounting, finance, project management or business administration
- You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success (e.g. accounting and human resources)
- You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills
- You have strong customer service skills
- You have strong MS Excel knowledge and Office suiteYou have knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP (an asset)
- You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material
- You are proactive in identifying and validating consistencies and accuracy of financial information
- You can be proactive in proposing solutions and improvement ideas, and you show resourcefulness
- You can work effectively in both English and French on a daily basis
- You can work on-site at least two (2) days per week at one of our Montreal facilities, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
