What are your contributions to the team?
Leadership and People Management
- Lead and mobilize the Completions Programs team
- Develop the team’s technical and soft skills
- Support employees in achieving their professional development objectives
- Manage the Performance Management Plan (PMP)
Program and Project Management
- Oversee the execution of Integrated Work Teams to deliver the Completions project portfolio
- Review and approve strategies, financial analyses, and execution plans
- Establish performance indicators and tracking mechanisms
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Ensure alignment of production, in-service, and certification strategies with Challenger and Global program objectives
Governance and Collaboration
- Influence and align cross-functional teams around program objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure priority alignment
- Ensure rigorous governance of files presented to Change Boards, including content quality, stakeholder alignment, and clear recommendations
Risk and Performance Management
- Identify key risks and opportunities
- Define and execute appropriate mitigation strategies
- Implement cost tracking and cost recovery mechanisms
- Track the achievement of expected benefits, including customer, financial, operational, and schedule impacts
How to thrive in this role?
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in management, business analysis, or strategic planning
- Have experience in project management and a strong understanding of the aircraft product change lifecycle
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including budgeting and business case analysis
