What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will contribute to:
•    Provide executive-level governance and project management of the confidential Industrialization projects across all Bombardier sites
•    Prepare and present roadmaps, dashboards, and progress status updates at governance meetings with the management committee 
•    Understand and manage requirements for complex industrial, contractual, legal, or financial solutions
•    Support the preparation of financial data for business cases from various functions and support financial activities and final analysis
•    Collaborate to develop, deploy, and improve the industrial strategy 
•    Develop and maintain the detailed project plans aligned with the overall program roadmap
•    Ensure integration of the project within the broader program structure and dependencies
•    Define and track project performance metrics (schedule adherence, risk, quality)
•    Prepare and deliver progress reports for management and stakeholders
•    Identify and escalate issues and risks promptly with mitigation recommendations
•    Maintain the action register, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closure
•    Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
•    Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, the Industrialization PMO, and other workstreams
•    Ensure timely and clear communication across all stakeholders
•    Support lessons learned and knowledge transfer activities 
•    Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management

How to thrive in this role?

•    You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, project management or another relevant discipline 
•    You have a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in a complex manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred) including project/program management
•    You have developed good engineering, project management, operations management, and contractual management knowledge through your work.
•    You show clear enthusiasm in developing your skills and acquiring further experience in project management methodologies, and financial governance 
•    You have direct knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry from the factory floor (asset)
•    You have strong communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder/interpersonal management skills at all levels; you show an ability to lead and guide without formal authority 
•    You are on the lookout for new trends in the aerospace field and continuous improvement
•    You demonstrate a facility to manage multiple priorities and overcome setbacks
•    You like to have a high level of responsibility 
•    You are recognized as having a high level of initiative, autonomy, and innovation, and you have a good practical sense
•    Analytical mindset for metrics and performance tracking
•    You master Microsoft Office and Teams tools including MS Project
•    You can work on site at our Pearson facility (Toronto) at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as required
•    You can travel for work up to 25% to Montreal or to international locations, depending on business needs
•    An ability to work in Spanish and/or French is not required but would be considered an asset
