Digital innovation team
We are working on the next generation of a digital platform for the management of Bombardier Business Jets, and we are looking to recruit individuals with a knack for innovation and progress.
Job description
During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Support the digital team in project management and business analysis
- Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders throughout the product development cycle using various feedback channels (e.g., customer focus groups, product demos, customer evaluations, surveys etc.)
- Craft and present slide decks and status reports for digital initiatives shown to high-level management
- Gather and analyze metrics and data for the sprint review and high-level management reports
- Support governance meetings, including taking notes, attendance and helping with acting upon required actions
- Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders
- Create and maintain User Stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA
- Attend all scrum ceremonies
- Assist Product Owner in managing sprint and backlog

What we are looking for…
- You are enrolled in an undergraduate university degree or master's degree at an accredited institution
- You have a sharp mind for the business/management world
- A great, highly reliable team worker You have high organizational skills
- Strong familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in JIRA, Agile Methodology, Google Analytics, data analysis are an asset
- Open to growth and believes they have control over their life trajectory (internal locus of control)
- You are enrolled in an undergraduate university degree or master's degree at an accredited institution
Format…
This internship is 4 months (full semester), with extension options if so desired
Mostly Virtual, with some on-site activity at corporate headquarters in Dorval

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
