What You Will Learn

Your Contributions to the Team

  • Review Technical details relevant to Industrialization projects – Drawing/Spec requirements, methods workbooks, Bill of Materials and master schedules, etc.
  • Utilize the information to help develop business cases including net present values, return on investments, learning curve creation and headcount projections.
  • Utilize and develop project management skills for projects such as capital equipment acquisition and work transfers across a broad range of topics.
  • Be able to create ad hoc presentations capturing project performance to support business needs.
  • Able to juggle priorities and can concentrate on several areas of work at one time.
  • Experience of developing successful working relationships with a wide range of individuals including senior level management.

How to Thrive in This Role

  • You are in your third or fourth year in a university program in Engineering / Business Administration.
  • You have the ability to work independently when required with guidance.
  • You have strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • You have a logical and flexible mindset, show initiative and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
  • You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Some activities will require work outside of normal business hour.
