What are your contributions to the team?

  • Establish the project schedule and participate in the development of the implementation plan;
  • Prepare and present the business case in support of the business unit's decision-making;
  • Prepare the governance file for presentation to the management team;
  • Support the Program Analyst to meet approved costs (labour, materials and other direct costs) and monitor project performance;
  • Identify the risks associated with the project and give visibility on mitigation plans to reduce risks;
  • Support the program team in meeting key performance indicators of the Program Department and seek-out stakeholder engagement;
  • Work to solve issues of various degrees of complexity; apply knowledge to solve problems, be able to work on non-standard tasks / queries;
  • possibly work within minimal guidelines;
  • Look at problems from different angles, be innovative in your problem-solving solution.
  • Aircraft product development, project planning, conducting meetings and prioritizing
  • Written and spoken communications skills in a professional environment (including presentations)
  • eRoom, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are studying for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management;
  • You have relevant experience in Project Management;
  • You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset)
  • You have good interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • You have a high level of knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You can take on responsibilities through which priorities could evolve and / or change quickly;
  • You are able to express your ideas clearly and accurately, orally and in writing;
  • You establish and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues;
  • You demonstrate creativity for developing methodologies allowing you to produce a high level of quality in your deliverables
