What are your contributions to the team?
- Work on departmental projects
- Participate in internal and external governance processes/meetings to provide visibility on project performance to key stakeholders
- Assist in creating internal processes and tools while identifying any optimization or automation opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports and executive presentations
- Perform in-depth analysis of quality metrics to inform strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional meetings to support site-wide objectives
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a Business Management, Applied Science or Math program
- You have knowledge in project management methodologies and techniques
- You have interests in the Aerospace industry
- You have strong interpersonal relations, judgement, and organization skills
- You have an analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- You have a great deal of initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- You speak and write fluently in English (French is optional)
- You are familiar with Power BI, Advanced Excel, MS Office suite and TEAMS
