During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Participate and Present in Monthly and Weekly HR Meetings
- Triage HR issues for employees visiting HR
- Interact with Payroll and Leaders
- Support HR Business Partners
- Supporting or Organizing Special Events (i.e. HR Pot Luck lunch)
During your internship, you will:
- Develop skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint etc), SAP, Success Factors, Workforce
- Participate in grievance meetings and investigative meetings
- Participate in grievance reviews and draft grievance fact sheets
- Assist with any disciplinary actions including drafting letters, updating files and tracking
- Interact with payroll on various issues
- Assist with creating requisitions for positions to be recruited
- Greet Visitors with HR and triage their issues (benefit info, referrals, how to access things, forms etc..)
- Process transactions in Success Factors (i.e. Transfers, Leader Changes) and ensuring data integrity
- General office administration (Supplies requisition, etc.)
- Data collection and Reporting – Attendance, Hiring, Performance, Probation days, other ad hoc reports as needed
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently in the process of completing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources Management
- You are proficient in Microsoft office suite: Excellent in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
- You are autonomous and very motivated
- You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
- You have strong communication and writing skills
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills
- You are detail oriented
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are available to work on a full-time basis as of January 2027 for 12 months

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
