What are your contributions to the team?

As a member of Bombardier’s management team, you will:

Leadership and People Management

  • Lead and mobilize the Wing & Center Fuselage Structures Programs team
  • Develop both technical and soft skills within the team
  • Support employees in achieving their development objectives
  • Manage the Performance Management Plan (PMP)

Program and Project Management

  • Oversee execution of the Integrated Work Teams to deliver the project portfolio
  • Review and approve strategies, financial analyses, and execution plans
  • Establish performance indicators and tracking mechanisms
  • Produce and present progress reports to senior management

Governance and Collaboration

  • Influence and align cross-functional teams toward program objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure priority alignment

Risk and Performance Management

  • Identify key risks and opportunities
  • Define and execute mitigation strategies
  • Implement cost tracking and cost recovery

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, business analysis, or strategic planning
  • Experience in project management and strong understanding of aircraft product change lifecycle
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and business case analysis

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and results orientation
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and adaptability

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $XX,XXX to CAD $XX,XXX per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

 

In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.​
