You’ll have the opportunity to grow in one of the following four streams:
Project: Lead a project from start to finish, interact with Bombardier’s suppliers, and integrate multi-disciplinary teams of passionate professionals. Develop project management skills by managing schedule, cost and priorities on different programs.
Core Function Rotations (Six months in three of the following functions)
- Project Engineering – Un-finished Aircraft
- Project Engineering – Completion
- Program Management Office
Function Rotations (Three months in two of the following functions)
- Operations Support
- In-service Support
- Flight Test
Electrical: Learn all about the cockpit and cabin systems that pilots and passengers rely on. Build expertise in avionics, wiring, electro-magnetic compatibility, electrical systems, software, and systems integration.
Core Function Rotations (Six months in three of the following functions)
- Avionics Systems
- Software & Electronics (SWEL)
- Electrical Systems
- Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC)
- Cabin Systems & Interiors
- Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS)
Function Rotations (Three months in two of the following functions)
- Flight Test
- Operations Support
- In-service Support
- Project Management
Systems: Systems engineering offers specialties at the core of aircraft flight. Become a key player in aircraft propulsion, flight control systems and pneumatics systems.
Core Function Rotations (Six months in three of the following functions)
- Propulsion Systems
- Fly-by-Wire Systems
- Reliability Maintainability and Safety (RM&S)
- Pneumatics and Thermodynamics
- Mechanical Control Systems
Function Rotations: Three months in two of the following functions
- Flight Test
- Operational Support
- In-service Support
Structure: Learn all about the many aspects of aircraft design that set Bombardier ahead of the competition. Apply design, material selection and stress analysis principles to aircraft structures.

- Structures Design
- Stress
- Loads & Dynamics
- Materials & Processes
Function Rotations (Three months in two of the following functions)
- Flight Test
- Production Support
- In-service Support
Remark: Definition of each stream rotation is subject to change.
Your boarding pass will include:
- Conferences and meetings with Executives & Specialists
- Visit of Bombardier manufacturing sites
- Bombardier Academy of Learning
- Social events, committees, a community for new graduates & much more!
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Avionics, Computer Science, or a related field) degree completed in 2024, or to be completed by May 2026
- You have less than 2 years of post-graduation work experience
- You have a strong passion for aviation and a curious, growth-oriented mindset
- You are innovative and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You are a collaborative team player who takes initiative and strives for excellence
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- You have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- You are eligible to work in Canada
- You are able to travel to the United States
Assets:
- Previous internship or co-op experience in the aviation industry
- Exposure to aircraft structure, systems, flight sciences, project management
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or others
