What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop the NPD deployment strategy: Mandate, planning, resources, costs, risks, and governance structure.
- Align a multi-functional, company-wide team toward a common objective.
- Coordinate the progress of actions within the management of your project.
- Communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management.
- Recommend company-wide strategies that support company objectives.
- Synthesize and document project strategies and solutions.
- Work as a team with all functions (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality).
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Operations and logistics management, Continuous improvement or equivalent.
- You have at least 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $74,300 to CAD $138,100 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
