What are your contributions to the team?
- Be accountable for the overall execution of your engineering-related portfolio:
- Prioritization of PCRs according to business needs,
- Lead PCRs through Change Management process,
- Develop and track detailed schedules,
- Monitor scope and budget,
- Perform continuous risk management.
- Lead and facilitate program reviews with internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage governance related to your portfolio, prepare the necessary content for successful cross functional alignment;
- Oversight of strategic PCRs, providing support to team members and visibility to leadership team;
- Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels;
- Identify new needs that will result in a work method or tool, to improve department’s efficiency
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or relevant and equivalent diploma and at least ten (10) or more years of experience in aerospace;
- You have strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems
- You have strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset;
- You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset);
- You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management;
- You have good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills;
- You are customer oriented and innovative in problem solving;
- You show an open mind and a great ability to work in a team;
- You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy;
- You are results oriented, and have good negotiations and influencing skills
The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $86,200 to CAD $135,400 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
